A week or so ago I was lucky enough to create a wedding cake for my good friend Emma who married her other half Dan in a beautiful intimate wedding at Hazlewood Castle.
Emma loved the ruffles which are so popular on wedding cakes at the moment, and she also loved the semi-naked finish, so we combined them both, added some fresh flowers, edible gold and some macarons and created a stunning display. I also decorated a gold hoop with some foliage and fresh flowers from Heaven Scent florist.
The wedding cake was displayed on our tree stump cake stand.
